Cancellation Regulations
- Peak season (April~October, December 22~31) Cancellations or changes can be made without a penalty by 6:00 PM (KST) 7 days prior to check-in. If the reservation is canceled or changed by 6:00 PM (KST) 1 to 6 days prior to check-in, a cancellation charge equivalent to 30% of the rate of the first night stay will apply. If the reservation is canceled or changed after 6:00 PM (KST) 1 day prior to check-in or in the event of a no-show, a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the rate of the first night stay will apply.
- Off-peak season (non-peak season periods) Cancellations or changes can be made without a penalty by 6:00 PM (KST) 3 days prior to check-in. If the reservation is canceled or changed by 6:00 PM (KST) 1-2 days prior to check-in, a cancellation charge equivalent to 20% of the rate of the first night will apply. If the reservation is canceled or changed after 6:00 PM (KST) 1 day prior to check-in or in the event of a no-show, a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the rate of the first night stay will apply.
- Some promotional prices are subject to a separate cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the first night’s rate will be charged.
